Orville is a nice enough guy, which is why I probably tried him twice, even after I knew he never looked at my car the first time I took it in and paid him a great deal of money for a whole lot of nothing. The first time I asked him to look over the entire car and write up anything it needed. I expressed that I wanted to know anything that would compromise safety or lead to bigger issues down the road. I've owned 10 Volvos in 3 States over 30 years. I have always had them serviced at shops that specialize in Volvo. Orville is, hands-down, the best mechanic I've worked with. He is unusually transparent in his billing, and is always eager to show and tell exactly what he's looking for in reaching his diagnosis. I also appreciate that offers up the most cost effective solution to any problem first. VERY happy with Orville.

Orville is a fair mechanic and his prices are unbeatable. I've been going to his shop since we moved to the area over 12 years ago. Ex-military, honest and funny; you won't find a better Volvo mechanic anywhere nearby.
