My nail artist was Tracy, she did a great job on my cuticle care other than being a little too rough. My main concern was how rushed I felt with the whole experience. Got an infection in my toe and an ingrown toenail after getting a pedicure. Took over an hour to get serviced.
It’s like this place’s application for the front desk job requires employees to be awful. My family visits this place often and each time the front desk worker sucks. Yesterday, we tried to make an appointment but the online system wasn’t working so we walked in (walkins are “welcome” mind you) and the front desk girl about snapped her neck rolling her eyes when she heard we didn’t have an appointment.
