The 1st person you see should have a pleasant attitude and tone. But that was not my experience. The nail techs were sweet but my mani and pedi had no uniform to their shaping of either service. Which was my WHOLE purpose in going.
Went to have my nails done today and this was my first time I got the SNS nails and I had Karina what a sweet girl she was so nice and does great work and I love my nails!!! Thank you Karina!!!
Me and my daughter just LOVE it here. They always do a great job. I took my niece (10) to have her nails done and she did a fantastic job and treated her so sweet. She did exactly what she wanted how she wanted. The lady made her feel so special. I get solar and only a few people know how to do it. My husband even tags along sometimes and gets a pedicure. I always have to go after work and they will stay late to make sure I’m taken care of. I always feel so bad when I’m there after closing. But everyone has always been kind.
Everyone at L'avie is always professional, fun and always does outstanding work. Ive been going to this group of ladies and gentlemen before they moved to their new beautiful and relaxing shop. I cant say enough about the work they do. They will go out of their way to please their customer's everytime. Ive witnessed difficult customer's at the last minute say they dont like the color and this group without hesitation will fix the problem. I love this group and I'm thankful for their kindness, professionalism, and talent.
T is the absolute Best nail tech around! Great attitude, talented and always does exactly what I want! Leaving satisfied every time!!!! ♥️
