The service work is fine but the customer service is not there at all. All work was completed but not in a timely manner. Felt as a long time customer things could have been a little different than they was. Hats off to Derek for his outstanding work.!
Horrible service has my bike for 8 months still not done.
Bought a 550 Polaris 2 days ago told me when I talked to the sales man mike on sat said it was new but failed to tell me it was a 2013 left over has 15hrs on it didn't drop the price an I could of bought s 2015 for the same price they won't offer me a free first service or offer any aftermarket parts I had no choice to get another bike since the bank had the check written would not recommend using them had better service at diamond motor sports it's a shame feel really taken advantage of
