My wife and I did not have a very good experience at this restaurant. First of all, it took them 10 minutes before they asked us what we wanted to drink, and they forgot to put in my French onion soup until after my meal arrived because “they didn’t see it on the ticket.” Second, the broth in my French onion soup tasted like they put half of a shaker of salt in it. Currently over an hour wait to receive food, mind you I have this casino 15,000 usd last month this is how they treat their guests
I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a staff this unfriendly. Service absolutely horrible. Food mediocre and way overpriced
Pizza and Prime service is terrible. My 102 Grandmother moves faster than this place and they could care less here
The food is terrible and the service is slow. The lady who is bussing tables is so rude. Bottom line is, whoever is expediting in the kitchen needs to be retrained because it takes forever for service and the food is just horrible.
