Went for gel manicure. Technician had 2sets of gloves on. First set was like gardening gloves topped with regular latex gloves. Was basically like getting a manicure from someone in oven mitts. I would have given 1 star EXCEPT that as a first time client I did not realize they were a cash only business and they allowed me time to go to bank to get $.

I visited this shop on several occasion's for pedicures, as I have back issues, making it tough to bend. And, it is close to home. I always felt it was “sketchy” that they only accept cash. I inquired as to why and was told “machine doesn’t work.” My last visit, though I cannot prove it, I ended up with a fungal infection on a toenail that is STILL not cleared. As I stated, I cannot prove it but I have NEVER had a toenail fungal infection until my LAST visit at L’Amour.

Amazing service. They were very accommodating for my mom who has ALS and is in an electric wheelchair. They just serviced her to the best of their abilities in her wheelchair. So she was still able to get her feet and hands done. They did great with my 6 year old niece also. My pedi looks great! Next time we visit my mom we will give them our business again. It is hard to find places willing to be so kind and patient.
