I saw Dr. Eisner. He was rude and condescending. I tried to explain my History and he kept filling in history that wasn’t right. He was particularly impatient and as such his records show that he got the Chief Complaint wrong. I would not send my worst enemy to this man.
Dr. Eisner is a great doctor. Spends time with his patients and answers all questions. Caring for each of his patients. Thank You Doctor.
Horrible Dr !literally operated below the standard of medical care ! treated me with utter disrespect after reviewing my meds before entering room. Talked down to me and diagnosed with severe dry eye then stated would send RX for prescription eye drops stated”when i have time “ waited one week still no RX called in called office and told he decided to cancel the RX with no contact to let me know or why. Speechless…. I went in for advice on eye pain and was berated by this dr for being on an antidepressant.
My first visit with Dr. Eisner's office was the best patient experience I can remember. His staff was very friendly, new patient forms were easy to fill out via tablet, and I had zero wait between completing the forms, having a preliminary exam and seeing the doctor. Thanks!
