My Diamante enjoyed a "Spa Day" with Marcel at L.A. Stenoytype Service. I could not be more happier with the results. My machine was stacking and for some reason some outlines were not translating correctly. Turns out that there was a good amount of pet hair inside my machine. I have a cat and a dog, so that makes sense. Marcel did a complete tear down, did a thorough cleaning, and reset all the settings. He also adjusted the depth and tension of my keys. Marcel is very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and has all the parts to get your steno machine working like new again. At pickup, he explained what he worked on, which in my case was everything, had me test the machine myself, and gave tips on how to properly adjust the sensitivity on the key strokes. Great guy!

One of the legs on my tripod just broke right off last week. I called Marcel. He said he had one. I went to pick it up, I get there and it doesn't fit my machine. So he sands that tripod down to fit and then just loans it to me until I receive the one I needed to order. He didn't charge me a thing. He just asked me to bring it back when the other came in the mail. Nicest guy! Thank you so much, Marcel!

I've been a client for years. Today I went to Marcel in a panic after a depo because my writer and laptop weren't connecting. After doing some troubleshooting, he figured out the problem and fixed it right up in a few minutes! Thank you so much for your help in finding a solution. I'm very appreciative.
