I have to say i am very pleased with the work done on my car today (2009 impala) an the staff was amazing and very friendly....actully my first time ever having to go on my own to a repair shop to have any kind of work done besides tires.I can stay they fixed what needed to be fixed didnt not try to charge me arm an leg an didnt tell me one thing was wrong an fix another. Brought my 1998 Chevy Z71 K1500 in for repairs. Mechanic and I went over the repairs and reviewed estimates. Thought costs were within expectations. Repairs were made and I'm very satisfied with the repairs. Seems to be a customer minded operation. Shop is clean and neat, which says a lot. I will be back next month for an inspection plus some other repairs. My vehicle has 325,250+ miles on it but it sure doesn't look it.

Took a diesel truck to be looked at, had antifreeze/coolant leaking. Asked to have it looked at and repaired. Was called and told I had a bolt shear off causing gasket to leak-- I told them to fix it. Called at 445 pm to pick truck up in the pouring rain. Was rushed out of shop after paying $650, because they close at 5 and service manager had been there all day- was told truck was good to go and had been test drive to make sure- took the manager on his word with out looking under hood in the rain. I remember this was a issue a few years ago. 03/10/2014 Mr Berciunas came in with a bolt issue and you showed us your issue and showed us directly how you wanted it fixed. We told you that yes we don't normally do any repairs to Diesel engines but if you diagnosed it and all you want done is a bolt fixed then we will do that We repaired the bolt the you wanted fixed and then you said it sealed the water leak off and then returned messed up the engine.
