We have the toaster oven and heat lamp and couldn't be happier with both items! Had to call customer service with a few questions and was helped immediately and had all my questions answered. Extremely happy with the products and customer service!
Called to order parts for my kerosene heater. No one answers the phone and they never call back. Obviously their products are throw away.

One of the worst companies I've had the misfortune of needing to deal with. Extremely unresponsive. They couldn't care less about their customers and I just don't get that. They're not even worthy of the one star I was forced to give in order to leave a review.
Item damaged in shipping. Inside the box there is a note to contact LA Sengoku if damaged , not the store where it was purchased. I contacted the company and they told me to contact Walmart where I bought it. Just a run around. I would never buy this product again. Plus no wick included. If you need immediate heat when you buy this it impossible to use unless you buy a wick separately. A wick should be included.
