It's hard for me to believe that someone who says their full time job is in real estate doesn't have a computer at home with which to send emails thus delaying simple negotiations and time sensitive documents from being executed. Then, when trying to explain simple transactional timelines, she got frustrated and hung up. Aside from lack of communication and unresponsiveness, I couldn't believe I was hung up on for a simple negotiation and explanation of an extension that should have been straightforward. Great place for your real estate needs.
How in the world is this place still in business?! They don't return calls, give out incorrect email addresses, then get angry when you call back to check on the status of your request. What a complete joke LA REAL ESTATE is. Of course they have 3 1-star reviews on Google.
Very rude staff and the apartments are old and out of code compliance!!
