this place is HORRIBLE. do NOT go. TWICE ive been here and it’s like theyre all inexperienced. not only that, they’re extremely overpriced. today, i got my nails painted and they costed $40. that is OUTRAGEOUS, knowingly these nails look like a kid did them- they are not neat. I also got my toes done as well and got french tips, they are NOT straight and their work is crooked. If i could give a 0 star i would, but they deserve the 1 star because she exfoliated my feet really well.

I think this establishment would really benefit from being self aware. If you are incapable of doing a design, it is best to make the customer aware of that. I attached the design reference photo given to them along with the design received. Overall, their work was extremely sloppy and careless. The lines are all over the place and extremely disappointing altogether. I was told to wait for a pedicure, I was pointed to a regular chair to sit. I was waiting my turn when a few people came and sat at the pedicure seats. One of the workers doing manicures told the other worker who was doing pedicures that I was waiting and was up next. The pedicure worker said something to the manicure worker then she decides to take the lady who came in after me. So I got up and left. Very disgusted with my treatment here!

I give L A profection nails & Hair three stars because the shop was totally dirty Dusty and nasty nothing in that place was sanitized I'm talking about as far as the nail files was used in old nail clippers was used over and over again I would never go back.
