**UPDATE** I went back to the nail shop yesterday 1/9/2026 and spoke to James. I showed him my nails and although he didn’t say it, he was visibly appalled with the work. He was willing to fix my nails then but I told him I couldn’t because my nail beds were co Platelet sore. So he told me to come back and my service will be half off. I just came to get my nails done and was charge extra for v tip usually it’s only $10 more but she overcharge people $5 extra. I should have known, Tina the one who did my nails she overcharged me. She sit at station 4 table.
I have never in my life experienced horrible customer service from a nail shop yet ! I guess today was the day ! I may not have gotten exactly what I was asking for but I was never treated like I was the problem! I went to this nail salon with my cousin and we both came in for manicure services .
