they deserve zero stars, negative if it was possible. this is the worst salon i have ever been to, the girl was so nice which is really the worst part because i enjoyed talking with her throughout the process. my nails were natural and had good length, i had a previous gel polish on - instead of soaking them off she drilled them off, she shaved my nails SO thin. the finish product looked really good until i got in the car and went to grab something and my nails were bending because they were so thin. i got them done last tue... read more
I went in yesterday to get my nails done for my wedding. I was greeted very kindly and seated immediately. However, once it came to doing my nails that’s where it went wrong. The lady doing my nails made me bleed, she kept getting frustrated with me for no reason and would throw my hand. I think she thought I was flexing my hand or trying to guide my own hand but I was watching tv and was completely relaxed.
