Mark is awesome!! I’m from out of town and didn’t realize you needed to have an appointment. He was able to get me in that day on a cancellation: One of the best I’ve been to across the country. Even for someone who lives out of town he took the time to do a great job. 100% recommend

After walking in and standing by the door he asked me what I needed done. I told him pedicure. I stood there about 5 or 6 minutes then he stand he can't get to me. The atmosphere was blah. He wasn't friendly. No one was nice and greeted me. People now adays are just now into friendly customer service. That's money they are losing. I came to Beautiful nails right after and 3 People greeted me. It was still kinda busy. They sat me right away and it was a very nice experience.
