Took me and my six-year-old in there just to get our nails basically painted and he shook his head and turned down our service and sent us out the door that is the worst customer service I have ever had. We didn't want anything fancy all we wanted was our nails basically painted and he wouldn't do it. If you wanna walk out of the nail salon with your six-year-old, crying and disappointed why don't you stop here I'm sure they would love to turn down your service.
Mark is awesome!! I’m from out of town and didn’t realize you needed to have an appointment. He was able to get me in that day on a cancellation: One of the best I’ve been to across the country. Even for someone who lives out of town he took the time to do a great job. 100% recommend

After walking in and standing by the door he asked me what I needed done. I told him pedicure. I stood there about 5 or 6 minutes then he stand he can't get to me. The atmosphere was blah. He wasn't friendly. No one was nice and greeted me. People now adays are just now into friendly customer service. That's money they are losing.
