Love their acrylics and full sets BUT the lady I was with was not gentle at all. She cut/filed my nails way to short before she applied the french tips on and now it really hurts afterwards. It looks nice, but OUCH.

I've never had a bad experience at LA Nails and I've been going to them for years. They've always done a great job on my nails and have always been friendly to me.

I would not do business with them I have been getting my nails fine ever 2 weeks for 10 years and the women had no idea how to do anything other the. Basic acrylics which I wasn't interested in. In my expierence people care about gaining customers and trying to please them he couldn't have cared less I walked out this place is a joke

Acrylics only, very fast, reasonable prices. BUT, they leave town without notice for weeks at a time leaving their clients abandoned. Ben would rather be watching sports, Tammy is not very gentle, and they both would rather watch the people walk around in the mall. No one else in Juneau does acrylics so we have no choice but to stop going or deal with one month plus grow out, OUCH! I chose to stop going to them.
