Stay away from Lou. I bought a dishwasher from Costco and it comes with free installation. Lou asked for $450 to install it and put in a new valve. Initially, he said that the work he does will not need to be replaced when/if I change the kitchen plumbing which is not true according to another plumber. In addition, he didn't give me a receipt although I requested it multiple times. Lou also forged my initial in the check to make a correction which I am reporting.
I have a pleasure to use L A Mechanical for dishwasher installation. It was included by Costco. Great service and communication! Highly recommend if you need to install new appliances or repair existing ones.
Lou and his apprentice Miguel installed my dishwasher through Costco and I couldn’t be happier with the service! They were prompt, personable, and professional. I really appreciate the job they did!
We needed our new gas stove installed. The first installer told us that we needed to have the gas line modified and gave us Lou's name. When he got to our home, he assessed the situation and determined he could install the stove without having to modify the gas line. This saved us a significant amount of money. We would highly recommend Lou and we will definitely use him in future projects or repairs.
