I rented from L&A Management several years ago and they were the best!! Great maintenance service, caring friendly people!
rented 2550 kemper rd apartment. Recommendation is to stay away, elevator is life threating, zero maintenance. terrible parking. you will not get security deposit.
Extremely well maintained. Secure and clean buildings and very accommodating. Priced right. They treat my sister and brother in law really well. I'm on their waiting list for an apartment. Well worth the wait and their rental charges.
I had to contact them about my application, they told me that I would here something by the end of the day or the next morning that was last Thursday I did find another place to live which I filled out the application the same day got word like 2 hours later bigger nicer place bad business on their part wish I didn't waste my $30 on an application fee....
When I rented from them. I adored my 1 bedroom apt. After I moved out, a package of mine was accidentally shipped to my old residence and I reached out multiple multiple times to see if they could reach out to the tenant about it and never heard back. I was very disappointed that they couldn't even respond about the issue
