I recently purchased a property that had code violations, and the property had a lien placed on it from the code enforcement division. I needed to remove and an unpermitted room addition before the hold could be removed. I worked with Manny Cortez a Permit tech to get all of the necessary permits. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. It's good to know our tax dollars are being spent to hire skilled people who are looking out for the best interest of tax payers.
Horrible service in person and online. It is quite unprofessional how long it takes the get a permit issued by this building and safety department.
the people on the phone are so rude I had a very rude lady with horrible attitude
