They offer amazing mental health services. Katrina is the best she really cares about her patients, I know she has helped me tremendously.
Receptionist is extremely kind. Very disappointed in Katrina nurse practitioner. Had to repeat my situational story 2 times (each appointment) I had to tell her what medication she put me on.. because she asked me at 2nd appointment instead of reading my file before I came in. I am writing as a family member impacted by treatment dynamics, not as a patient. I found it concerning that this psychiatrist treats both an adult son and his mother simultaneously. In complex family systems, this creates an inherent conflict of interest and raises serious questions about objectivity and professional boundaries. I love Katrina. She is easy to talk with. I have know her for all time and she has been great with me and my problems. I would recommend her to anyone who likes to help you get better. Plus, Shea is a wonderful person who helps you get an appointment when you need one. I love them very dearly and glad I have them back in my heart.
