Great lash lift and tint + brows service!!
Asked for nano brows at KZ Brows and Lashes, got microblading instead, and paid for the switch. I told Mary before my appointment that I wanted natural nano hair strokes and was terrified of going too dark. She agreed and confirmed the plan. At the appointment she used a darker color than discussed and did the nano machine for about 30 seconds before switching to a microblading tool, calling it "phase 2." I was referred to Mary at KZ Brow Lashes by a friend and had a great experience. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable Mary was — she took the time to educate me on lash health, lash weight, and lash shape (doll eye, cat eye, natural, etc.). I’ve been to other lash salons and was never educated like this or given options to choose from. I really appreciated the extra time and attention spent on educating me. Thank you, Mary!
I had a wonderful experience getting permanent makeup—Brows Nano at KZ. The entire process was clean, cozy, and relaxing, and everything felt very professional. The staff was friendly, patient, and very attentive. They took the time to listen to my needs and incorporate them perfectly into my brow, while making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend!
