Kyvos Construction did an amazing job on our detached ADU. Communication was solid from start to finish and they answered all my random questions quickly. The project stayed close to the original timeline too which honestly surprised me.
Nikos, the owner of Kyvos Construction, is indeed a friendly, funny, and knowledgeable person, and I had every intention of writing a five star review for him. Unfortunately, while I’m thrilled with the outcome of my small kitchen remodel, getting there proved to be quite the challenge. Im glad I called my stairs in my house where shifting bad if I didn't call when I did the problem would have been worse and I would have been out hundreds more thank you so much my family thanks you!!!
