I was there Wednesday at lunchtime. Service left a lot to be desired. Even though there was only 1 other table occupied, we had to push the button twice to get our server's attention to order more food. I was also disgusted to hear multiple f bombs in the rap music being played at that time of day. I had my young daughter with me and am thankful she was distracted by other things and didn't notice the language. For these reasons, I am unlikely to come back even though the food is delicious

Fantastic! I got the Sapporo bowl and my colleague got the Kimchi bowl. No leftovers, and these portion sizes are pretty big! If/when I come back, I would definitely try the tiramisu. I've been to the ramen Alley in Sapporo, Japan and the bar area where you walk in is really similar to what I saw there, if you're looking for authenticity! 10/10
Amazing ambiance and some food are a hit and some are miss
My husband and son have been here before. It’s me and my daughters’ first time here! We were served with excellent customer service by Crystal! Crystal had given some suggestions on my order and it turned out wonderful. She was kind, professional, and attentive to our needs! The noodles and boba drinks were absolutely delicious! Thank you Crystal for the great experience and for serving us wonderfully.
