I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. Gill. Not only did he fail to deliver the results he confidently promised, but he also showed an alarming lack of professionalism. After a poor outcome—clearly due to the low-quality products used—I was told that this would be my last “free” touch-up, even though it is standard practice to offer adjustments when results are unsatisfactory.
I had a amazing experience at Kyss Med Spa. I received a laser treatment experience, the initial consultation through the procedure and follow-up was easy and great the staff including Dr.Zahra provided a very professional and welcoming environment. I would definitaly recommend this place to my family and friends.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one’s well-earned. This med spa seriously lacks professionalism and integrity. They made promises they didn’t keep, changed their pricing mid-way, and conveniently forgot the rates they initially agreed to. When I tried to address it, I was met with a stunning lack of courtesy—especially from the ‘The CEO’ Mr Gill, I presume who sits at the reception who clearly missed the memo on basic human decency and tried to gaslight you. Jordan was amaizng. Their prices are very high though.
I had a wonderful experience at Kyss Med Spa. The esthetician Aida was very friendly and professional. I received a relaxing hydro facial with zero pain and discomfort. Came out feeling rejuvenated. The staff and doctor were also very friendly. Will be back soon for other treatments!
