We hired Kryo Mechanical to fix a furnace, heat pump and thermostat that were installed badly by another contractor. The job was finicky, but they jumped in and got it all fixed. From start to finish the process was perfect. I've met several members of the Kryo team now and every one of them are kind and professional. I highly recommend them. Kyle, Amanda, Harrison, Dante and Chris - thank you all!

My smart thermostat reminded me it was time to have my HVAC system inspected. Kyro quickly set up an appointment. The technicians were friendly, kind, and efficient, assuring me that system was freshly cleaned and in excellent condition.

Our boiler stopped working on a Saturday night and we woke up Sunday morning to a very cold house. Minus 15 outside. I called Kyle and he showed up 2 hours later. He diagnosed the problem, sent out emails and was able to get the part secured on a Sunday evening. Here it is Monday at 3 pm and our boiler is fixed and working perfectly. Furnace issue was identified very quick even though it was minor and could have been taken care as part of regular maintenance. Jared Macdonald was very informative and would recommend him for servicing too.
