My 2024 International LT truck just 30,000 miles and still under factory warranty, had to go to the service 3 times in 1 month, even though they kept it in the service for a total of 12 days. finally they said that they could not solve the problem and that I should take my vehicle from here. I bought the batteries for my international truck in this place, they never explained to me that they only have one technician to review the warranties, three days ago I brought two batteries under warranty and they still don't have an answer, the solution they gave me is that I have I have to call Randall Level on Monday because he doesn't work on Saturdays.

Stay away from this service center and this place 1st it is very expensive 2ed I paid extra more than $600 from initial cost 3red I left from this place with wheel seal leak the wheel is not leaking when I first bring the truck here 4th each time when you call them they will tell you new issue new problem 5th it take many day to get out your truck out of this place once you dropped to fix here.
