Kyran was invaluable in helping us to buy a home on Fogo Island. His local knowledge and local connections helped us to understand what we were doing, and even six months after closing he is still offering his assistance. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Kyran!
Kyran dwyer is one of a kind person, he’ll take the extra time to make sure the person is happy, I bought in Fogo Island and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy,, I really recommend him, thank you again kyran for your excellent service!
Had a great experience with Kyran Dwyer selling our business property. He was always available to answer my questions, day or night. Friendly, knowledgeable and persistent with the buyers. I would use him again for sure.
Excellent realtor. Knowledgeable. Honest. Friendly. Most importantly, he listens to what you want. Kyran, definitely went above and beyond for us in our house search.
Kyran is top notch!! He helped me sell an estate home without me being local. He went well beyond the call to make it as easy as possible. He responded within seconds each time I reached out to him. I am a mortgage broker and have met many realtors. Kyran is by far at the top of my list of recommendations. You will not be disappointed if you trust him to help in your big decision of buying/selling a home. Thank you Kyran. I could not have managed this as easily without your help.
