Kyra does a great job both at addressing pain / tension and creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience that was tailored to my needs. I asked for her to work on my shoulders due to pain from breastfeeding and walked out with my shoulders feeling much better and leg pain I had been dealing with for 6 months significantly reduced as well.

Kyra is a highly skilled massage therapist. Her knowledge is the body and its relationship to pain is unmatched. I went to see her to work on some mobility issues in my arm and she knew exactly where the tension was without me telling her. If you are looking for a technically skilled empathetic massage therapist Kyra is the one for you.

To say that Kyra is amazing is an understatement! She is a therapeutic masseuse. She is an expert that heals! I had months of a very inflamed arm and in one session Kyra fixed the problem. It’s like she teaches the muscles to operate correctly.

I had a hip injury that continued to hurt for years. I went to PT and saw a chiropractor and it got somewhat better but still hurt. Kyra worked her magic and the pain never returned. She is a kind, intelligent and lovely person. The sessions were relaxing and effective. Thanks again, Kyra! I wish we still lived in the same city:)

What a privilege to get to receive care from Kyra! As a fellow healthcare provider, I appreciated the detailed way that she does an intake, making connections to things that I didn't necessarily consider with my injury! Kyra's work goes way beyond a traditional massage as she also incorporates movement in the treatment as well as after as homework.
