Dr. Im explained the current and future treatment process so clearly and easily to the patient that I was able to receive treatment with complete peace of mind. He is the best doctor, and I will definitely recommend him to all my acquaintances.
UCI has been exceptional on many occasions over the years.
My visit with Dr. IM. was extremely disappointing and not beneficial. The provider did not perform any physical examination during the visit. When I asked several questions regarding ongoing issues previously managed by previous specialist, he simply stated that he did not know. He appeared rushed, inattentive, and demonstrated limited medical knowledge about my condition and in general.
