First of all, maybe they should get people who actually know about Japanese food to work the register. I asked if the sukiyaki chicken was sweet (because actual sukiyaki can be kinda sweet depending on who is making it), and the girl looked at me like I'd asked if there was chicken in the chicken bowl. Was here on 4/14/18..food was good, but around 3 p.m. cashier comes over to my wife (I had gone to Zia's to conduct business) and asks her to leave as they wanted to close early (before 4 p.m. on a Saturday ?) and wanted to clean up. Your lady cashier sucks. Very unattentive and just says "Do you know what you want already!?" With no "Hello welcome to Kyoto Bowl!" And when your order is ready she just slaps it on the counter and says "Your orders done!" And when you ask for soy sauce she ignores you and when you ask again politely she replies "Huh! Your order is ready!".... Bad service, not going, back.
