Stopped in for dinner tonight and the restaurant was approximately one third full. We were seated by the hostess, but waited over 30 minutes and never saw a member of wait staff (despite seeing multiple employees walking throughout the establishment and having them attend to tables near us). Other patrons also seemed to have been waiting significant periods of time for food they'd ordered or were receiving incorrect items, and many tables had dirty dishes that were never removed. I was happy to visit here a second time, but the chicken-flavored ramen and spicy beef we ordered were terrible. The taste was strange—completely different from my first visit. They must have changed chefs; I don't think I'll be coming back.
