Money driven with the interest of your child not in mind. Not flexible with scheduling and everything to do with communication is done via email or online chat. There are no phone numbers anywhere to call and talk to an actual person. We had one session after months of trying to get insurance set up only to be told they couldn't accommodate our schedule.
