Kyo is nothing but best. My child is getting services from KYO from over a year now. From the moment I first contacted them to the date, they have 100% responded to any questions or inquiries I have. . Teressa V is always ahead of everything, very responsive. Money driven with the interest of your child not in mind. Not flexible with scheduling and everything to do with communication is done via email or online chat. There are no phone numbers anywhere to call and talk to an actual person. We had one session after months of trying to get insurance set up only to be told they couldn't accommodate our schedule. Also, be sure they are doing your insurance correctly as if I didn't understand our insurance, they would have done it incorrectly and we would have been stuck with a bill. ... read more
