Kyo has been SO responsive. From intake to actual therapy, it didn't take long and my child is already making progress in 3 weeks. Tiffany, our BCBA, is phenomenal and my child's BT is absolutely a great fit!!! We're so pleased with the progress, the engagement, the communication, the app, and I can't recommend Kyo enough. We had a great journey with Kyo Care. They aren't perfect but nobody is. We had great providers and great BTs. They were relatively well organized (only occasional hiccups). Our son had a significant speech delay and was with Kyo Care for 2 years (in home therapy). At age 5 he is well socialized, speaking all the time, and I think Kyo was a big part of that. He graduated from Kyo about 3 months ago and we are very grateful for everything that Kyo has done for us.
Terrible company. Their scheduling department put me two months behind in my bills. The company didn't even care. The only person I got a sincere apology from was the program director in my area. Save yourself and don't work for a corporation.
