This company is a joke. We stopped services for our son because 1, it got expensive, 2, we felt like they weren’t really working with him with his behaviors. It was hard to get services started, you have to wait for someone to contact you like a regional manager or something and I never got the call. I went two months before contacting them several times for a person to reach out to me to start services. This was the only place my insurance would approve for preauth. We've been with Kyo for more than a year now, it has been a very good expeirence. Both of our BCBAs (Savannah and Kacy) are very knowledgable and caring, our BTs Nell and Said are also fantastic. Our son has gained so many new skills since starting ABA a little over a year ago.
We love Kyo Autism Therapy! Our son has been with Kyo for more than a year now. When we first started, it took a couple of months to get the BCBA and BTs in place, but once all the therapists were settled we started to see improvements quickly. Both the BCBAs and BTs are professional and genuinely caring, and our son has been making strides in the past year thanks to their help and support. I would definitely recommend Kyo Therapy.
