Horribly unprofessional. The appointments I scheduled online for myself and my niece prior to her Birthday & Thanksgiving were cancelled. When she finally provided me an appointment time that worked for HER, I rearranged my schedule & sat in 1hr long holiday traffic to get there. I unfortunately showed up to my appointment 15 mins late, which i apologized for. I was then scolded & lectured for running behind without letting her know. Class act salon...and people it's not an act. These professionals are real. Who am I? I was once a successful Newport Beach salon owner and stylist...rarely am I impressed while in a salon, but here in this salon and barber shop, next door stands the exception! Family friendly and very professional.
