It’s ridiculous that you need all that stuff to get into a place with them. This days people make the money but the credit is not that great. I’m talking like over $30 dollars an hour and thats still not good enough. Because they want you to have incredible credit. It’s bad enough with bad reviews. So please read the reviews before applying.
I was trying to book a viewing at one of their properties and they REFUSED to do anything without payment information, they demanded a credit card and claimed it was for identification purposes. That is what an ID is for, this REEKS of scam.
I lived in one of their rental homes for 3 years and felt it was important to let people know my experience. I do not recommend. I wrote a detailed review as to why but they had it removed. I find this company to have extremely bad communication and feel they treat their tenants poorly. I had a really bad experience renting from them. I consistently brought them my concerns and they never cared to make it right.
Kylin Properties has been nothing short of a nightmare. They took our $200 application fee, approved us, and then demanded a deposit nearly three times the usual rate. We agreed and began transferring the money, with their assurance that everything was finalized. I even set up utilities—only for them to call later, rescinding our approval, possibly due to our service animal. Kylin Property Management is terrible! We rented one of their properties for a few years and they were so unresponsive. Crystal McGriff is so unkind and rude. We had two appliances stop working and it took a week just to get someone to respond to our numeroustexts, emails and phone calls. When we finally got hold of them, it was another few weeks for the items to be replaced.
