Favorite Chicago-style pizza I have tried in Seattle so far. A bit light on the cheese and sauce vs say a Giordano's and not as savory as a Lou Malinati's, but well balanced for it's own style and pretty faithful. Also, as I've grown accustomed to pizza being pretty expensive in Seattle compared to the midwest this is more faithful to midwest deep dish prices and on par with other Seattle pizzarias touting less filling slices and so is actually a relative steal compared to other local pizza per portion.
SSOO GOOD! Deep dish Chcago style with a cornmeal crust. EASILY the best pizza in WA state!
