The BEST hair stylist in Maryland. I love her so much and she is sweet, fast, experienced, and clean. She does great highlights and everyone should book with her if they can! :) highly recommend
I just moved to the area. I found Ruth after a detailed and in depth search since I need to have my grey roots done often. Ruth is an experienced, professonial, patient hair stylist, and truly understands how to apply color to the roots while knowing how to have a balanced overall natural look. I highly recommend Ruth. There are many high end salons where the stylist are mediocre at best and charge an extremely high price. Her blow out is well done and her products are very good. On top of that she is a people pleaser.

The fade is clean and well-blended, and the final look feels polished without being too stift. The overall experience was great too-nice atmosphere, attention to detail, and helpful tips on how to maintain the style at home. I'd definitely come back again. If you're thinking about changing your look, this kind of cut is a solid choice
The lady that works here is honestly so amazing! I came in with a huge problem and she made time to see me, helped me with my problem and all of that within my budget. She is honestly a wonderfully kind soul and a super skilled hairdresser!!! 🙌❤️
Had an absolutely amazing experience! My last hair stylist had cut my layers weirdly and Ruth was incredibly detail oriented, spent a lot of time to fix it and make my hair look amazing. She took the time to talk about it and show me, and was also really careful about maintaining the length I wanted!! I highly recommend!
