My stitches were removed and I feel much better.
Since my 70 year old brother's aneurysm 13 years ago, many changes have occurred. The most drastic was his recent virus. Kylie has guided us thru a few changes (shunt adjustments). She's very clear in her explanations so I know what to expect and I feel she hears me. My brother's recovery may be long but, her reassurance of being available is invaluable. My hope is he'll defy the odds again. We're blessed to have her as his provider.
Kylie is a Dr. Who actually feels like she cares about you. She listens, doesn't rush, answers questions without making you feel uneducated so I have no fear of asking anything. She treats me like a patient, not a clients as if I just need an oil change. I appreciate that. She is a special Dr., person, and seems genuinely kind and caring. I really appreciate her help and am glad I was able to meet her.
