Do not use this company. Other than coming on the same day I called, that was as good as it got. Technician further damaged cracked drain pan and said a replacement cannot be found. His solution is to replace the whole A-coil for \$998. Sounds ridiculous to replace something that works just for a broken piece of plastic.
