Very disappointed. My level of service included free vacuums but at the end it turned out the vacuums are paid. There’s no phone to call for customer service. I need a partial refund for what I paid.
Always excellent wash
I begrudgingly used this place. As I write this I didn’t actually look at how clean it got ny car, I’ll update if it sucked. But what definitely sucked is I tried using the token to vacuum? Nothing. That for me was important. I deliver groceries through Spark for Walmart. They can refuse to load if inside isn’t clean to their liking. Guess I’m still looking for a car wash in Bluff area. Hurricane in Dexter is top notch, don’t want to have to go all the way there.
Very bad experience. The wash never started and we had to get out and push the emergency button to open the door. Also they do not take American Express as they say. Great location but terrible experience.
