Consistently straightforward, orderly, informative, available, timely, cost effective
Kyle solved a persistent problem with the heat/AC. Another shop tried three times with no solution. Kyle figured it out by thinking it through as he and another mechanic worked on it. I'm glad to have real car guys working on our cars in a good shop. They're our go-to mechanics now.
