I was going to a place in Lexington for many years. However, I wanted to give a nail salon closer to home a shot. I’m SO glad I did! They even did better than the other place. Bella did excellent work and so did Mike. Super friendly and kind staff! They have a new repeat customer for sure. 😊
Kylee Nails is my go-to in Richmond! Extremely clean space, the sweetest techs who remember who you are and your story, and the owners make sure you’re taken care of! I’ve been to nearly all the nail salons on Richmond before Kylee opened, and I won’t go anywhere else now. This place truly cares about their customers!
I’ve brought my sister here for gel polish twice now, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff are always so kind and welcoming. We have worked with Kennedy both times and I highly recommend her! She did a fantastic job doing my sister’s small, child sized nails. I also really appreciate how she always speaks directly to my sister even though her speech is usually difficult for strangers to understand. This place is phenomenal. I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon!!! Suggested by a friend!!! The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. Kennedy was my nail tech and she truly made the visit special. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and paid close attention to every detail. My nails turned out beautiful, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Highly recommend this salon—especially Kennedy!!!
This is the best nail salon in Madison County!! I have been going for 2 years and I have always had exceptional service and quality nail care. It is a family ran business and they invest in knowing and caring for their clients and always kind and friendly! The salon is so pretty, clean, and very organized. I highly recommend going to Kylee Nail Spa for your nail care, you will be very glad you did!
