Kylee Nails is my go-to in Richmond! Extremely clean space, the sweetest techs who remember who you are and your story, and the owners make sure you’re taken care of! I’ve been to nearly all the nail salons on Richmond before Kylee opened, and I won’t go anywhere else now. This place truly cares about their customers!
I’ve brought my sister here for gel polish twice now, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff are always so kind and welcoming. We have worked with Kennedy both times and I highly recommend her! She did a fantastic job doing my sister’s small, child sized nails. I also really appreciate how she always speaks directly to my sister even though her speech is usually difficult for strangers to understand. I’m very particular about my nails, and I’m so happy I found this place. Michael was incredibly kind and welcoming, and he did a fantastic job on my pedicure. Mae took care of my hands, and the result was perfect—plus, i had really great conversations there. As someone who’s tried multiple salons in Kentucky, I can honestly say I will be returning. Highly recommend!
This place is phenomenal. I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon!!! Suggested by a friend!!! The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. Kennedy was my nail tech and she truly made the visit special. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and paid close attention to every detail. My nails turned out beautiful, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Highly recommend this salon—especially Kennedy!!!
My first time here but the woman who did my nails was very kind, and made sure I was happy with every step of the process. I will definitely be coming back. Having now been coming here a ton I can say every person I've had work on my nails has been great, and very communicative when it comes to making sure you're happy each step of the way.
