I was going to a place in Lexington for many years. However, I wanted to give a nail salon closer to home a shot. I’m SO glad I did! They even did better than the other place. Bella did excellent work and so did Mike. Super friendly and kind staff! They have a new repeat customer for sure. 😊
I drive 45 minutes each way and pass several salons to get here — and I'd do it again without a second thought. May is my technician and I'm not sure how she does it, but my nails last longer than anywhere else. The second I sit down, she knows exactly what I'll love. My fingernails and toes have never looked better. She is absolutely worth the drive!
Kylee Nails is my go-to in Richmond! Extremely clean space, the sweetest techs who remember who you are and your story, and the owners make sure you’re taken care of! I’ve been to nearly all the nail salons on Richmond before Kylee opened, and I won’t go anywhere else now. This place truly cares about their customers!
Not impressed with a basic manicure. 30.00 and no cuticle push or trim. So basically, 30.00 for a little soak, grinder on my natural nail, and cuticle oil. Yes, the nails are the after pic. Just wanted my natural nails cleaned up. The decor was nice, salon clean, and people were friendly. Pedicure was good.
I’m not usually the type to leave a negative review but unfortunately I went in to get an acrylic soak off and left with quite a bit of acrylic still left on my nails. The two shorter nails are ones I had picked of previously to coming in.The staff was very friendly and the salon was very nice so I do still want to give credit for that.
