So sad about my experience here. I was so excited to try this place when I heard about them. I came in thinking this might be my new regular salon and left with a very different opinion. The owner of the salon did my nails herself and was so sloppy. She hardly even shaped them and spent maybe 20 minutes on them. The prices were great but reflected a lot in the quality of my nails. I had the pleasure of having Brian as my nails tech today. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Changed my French manicure loving life! My sister and I love this salon. The atmosphere is calm and soothing and the service is always top tier!

These nails were done well and clean. Did them 2 days before valentines, until now they’re still in a good tact. Clean environment and nice place. Would love to get my nails done here again!

Wow - what an amazing new nail salon in Richmond! I drove from Lexington to meet a friend for the best pedicure I have had, ever. Bella took great care of me and was attentive to every detail. Talk about feeling pampered…I cannot say enough good things! The salon set-up was done intentionally for comfort and to optimize the customer experience and their selection of colors is stellar. Give them a try and you’ll be coming back again and again, I have no doubt!

What a beautiful salon! I've been to hundreds of nail shops across the country and Kylee's is perfect. Quaint, clean, comfortable. I want my nail experience to be a restful experience. Kennedy is a great nail tech. I will absolutely return.
