We’ve had insurance with State Farm for months. The rep has always been very knowledgeable and helpful!! They saved us quite a bit of money on our policies!! We will definitely be sticking with them!
They raise your policy constantly, canceled with them and went with another company and they assured me I wouldn’t be charged and would be refunded for the difference for the last payment.. they just charged me anyway. Now they claim “I don’t know when you’ll get that money back” absolutely ridiculous. Will never use State Farm again, ever.
Simply the worst experience Ive EVER had. I would give it a 0 if I could. I got an email stating I could get a great deal on insuring 2 vehicles. I thought it was a great deal, but the rep didn’t run my auto history first. So it went up, then added something called safe driving it was now double what it originally was. I’ve been in customer service for 24 years. And EVERYTHING was done WRONG. I hope this was a mistake, and not a normal business practice.
