I called to complain about a rate increase, but Ashley was great! She explained how we could get the most value out of our policies.
Kyle's team has been extremely helpful throughout a tough claim experience. I have had 3 follow up calls to ensure the process is going smooth.
Very rude and dishonest service! Far better options elsewhere. Do not waste your time and money dealing with these people.
Kyle refused to respond to my phone calls and emails for 2 weeks until corporate got involved. Never an explanation why??? I changed agents and finally companies. Very poor and incompetent service from a snide and slimy con artist! Go figure!
I have been a customer for many years... However, my previous agent retired and my policy was handed off to Kyle. This is when the stellar service ended. Kyle refuses to respond to my calls and emails. Unacceptable! I am transferring to another agent. This is one of the worst examples of customer service ever!
Friendly local agents that helped me with auto financing, insurance for all my properties(boat, home,car) and a life saying plan.(20 year life coverage and I get every penny I paid in premium back at the end of the 20 year term.
