My primary dr sent me to see Dr. Wilson for having adhesive capsulitis in both shoulders. When I arrived at the office, they called me and I was supposed to see the Dr, but a PA arrived instead and tells me that the Dr sent her because he is with other patients. It’s crazy that I paid $55 and I couldn’t even talk to the Dr and instead sent me to do physical therapy.
Even though my mom shoulder surgery went well the post op was absolutely horrible. The Dr himself was very short and his staff completely unhelpful with any kind of pain management. They treated a 70 year old woman as a drug seeking user. I rarely do reviews but any surgeries I recommend Dr. Patterson and his team, they know how to treat patients with respect and dignity
