I had an injury while traveling overseas which required surgery. The ER in Malta had taken X-rays and casted me for my flight home. I called Dr. Vaughn’s office in advance, and emailed my X-rays and the radiology report. He squeezed me in the next day following my return to the U.S. and my surgery was scheduled that week. It was a difficult surgery, but he is an outstanding surgeon. I am non-weight bearing for six-eight weeks and he is checking me frequently to be sure it’s healing correctly. Excellent, caring doctor with superb bedside manner. I underwent a complicated hammertoe and bunion surgery with great results. Dr communicated very well via text following surgery. Office staff were always friendly. Appt wait times very short, 10-15 min at the most. Would highly recommend.
Wonderful experience with correcting botched previous surgical repair of bunion and hammertoe. Office staff great- ease of scheduling appointments, Dr. Vaughn professional, knowledgeable and I can walk without pain for the first time in years !
Dr Vaughn is an excellent surgeon. My bunion surgery was flawless with minimal scaring and well controlled pain. He has a wonderful bedside manner, he is kind, patient and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Vaughn!
