Malachi and I purchased a home in December 2025 from Kyle Tom, a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker Lingle. Within one day of receiving the keys, we discovered significant water intrusion in the basement. I live in Adam Bartell Apartments in Richmond IN and if you are looking for a place to rent this is the place!! I recently had to call maintenance for a problem I was experiencing and within an hour they fixed it!! Not only did they fix the problem but a couple of days later they came to my apartment to see how I was and if I was happy . What great customer service that was!! Kyle is extremely dishonest and has stolen a $2,400 security deposit for a short term rental from our construction company. He promised he'd return the deposit, even told us he thought he sent it, and now will not answer phone calls or emails when we request an update on the payment return that's 3 months overdue. Do not trust this man, take your business elsewhere.
