Kyle is extremely dishonest and has stolen a $2,400 security deposit for a short term rental from our construction company. He promised he'd return the deposit, even told us he thought he sent it, and now will not answer phone calls or emails when we request an update on the payment return that's 3 months overdue. Do not trust this man, take your business elsewhere.

I am very disappointed in Kyle's follow through on promises, that he's contractually obligated to, on a house my mom purchased in Hagerstown. I've called him a minimum of 5 times and I've received a different excuse every time. Kyle has never called me back. He's either had a different realtor or his assistant respond to me. No follow through and no integrity. I would never refer anyone to him. He appears to be more worried about commissions than he is taking care of customers.
