I’m very disappointed. I had scans a full week ago to determine if my cancer has recurred. I haven’t received the results yet, I’ve called and reached out on the portal, and no one has apologized or seems to care. It’s cruel, and it’s awful.
Dr Keyes is truly compassionate and welcoming with a great bedside manner. His staff Santiago is also a credit to the services . Great people who care !
Dr. Keyes is very capable and clearly explains options and conditions. Appointments are on time, which I appreciate.
