If you are a decent tenant, he is a wonderful landlord.
Very professional. Is an excellent property manager. Works with tenants to quickly solve any issues that arise. Unfortunately, tenants leave negative reviews when they destroy a house and don’t get their deposit back or are evicted when they don’t pay.
Very Unprofessional and does not respond in a timely manner to repairs. It has been almost 45 days without repair on our refrigerator. He is costing his clients a rental renewal due to his behavior and lack or care. We love the home we’ve rented but can’t handle a landlord who won’t listen or come to solve a problem.
