Always timely and very professional. Would not go anywhere else. You know,how good a service is based on wait times to get into system and UW in general has long lead times for their providers.
Even though we were 1/2 late for our appointment, we did not have to wait long to be called into the office & we did not have to wait long for the doctor to come in and talk with us. Everyone was very polite and friendly.
I have 100% zero reservations about putting my life in the hands of Dr Kyle Richards. He has been treating me for 5 years. Excellent physician, wonderful bedside manner, and it's never awkward which is nice these days.
We had a very good meeting post surgery. I am deeply grateful for the surgery, and the follow up today on his work and my health. I cannot thank him enough!
